Irish victorious over Terps in Shamrock Series

LANDOVER, Md. – It was a great weekend for the Fighting Irish.
Saturday was Notre Dame’s lucky day, as the team bolted past the Maryland Terrapins 45 to 21.
The victory in the Shamrock Series marks Notre Dame's third straight win, and are ranked 24th in the nation. The Irish are now 7 and 3 overall on the season and sit comfortably as a likely contender in the Champs Sports Bowl.
The Irish are heading into their final home game against Boston College. Kick-off is Saturday afternoon at 4.
