Isaac disrupts annual Celtic Fest

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The remnants of Hurricane Isaac is putting a damper on the Michiana Celtic Festival.
The storm is expect to move through the area on Sunday.
For safety reasons, the Celtic Society decided to move some of the music to Fiddler's Hearth in South Bend.
