Jeremy Lin to trademark "Linsanity"

Basketball player and sudden media star Jeremy Lin is filing to trademark the term "Linsanity."

The move would give him exclusive rights to put the signature term on products, including clothing, mugs, and even action figures!

As for conflicts between trademarks, such as jerseys that say "Linsanity" on the back, lawyers said those would have to be hashed out.
