SOUTH BEND, Ind.—A local community center in South Bend is planning to hold a job fair for “returning citizens,” or people who have been incarcerated.

The Beacon, a community center, will host a job fair on December 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 4210 Lincoln Way west in South Bend.

The “Second Chance” job fair will cater to formerly incarcerated job seekers but all are welcome.

The job fair is being put on by The Beacon and its community partners, including Riverside Church, with national organization, Better Together.
