FBI looking to identify John Doe who may have information on sexual exploitation victim

A man the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been looking for regarding information about a sexual exploitation case has been identified, the FBI announced on Tuesday.

John Doe 45 has been identified as 30-year-old Anthony Brett Banks, a North Carolina man who was sentenced to 40 years in prison in April 2021.

Banks was sentenced in Tennessee in April after pleading guilty to exploiting a nine-month-old and transporting child pornography, according to reports.

Banks sexually abused a nine-month-old, created videos of the abuse, and traded several images with a person he met in an online room dedicated to sexually abusing animals, according to reports.

The person Banks swapped images with was located in Tennessee.
