John Mellencamp's son turns himself in for battery

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Monday, rocker John Mellencamp's son Hud turned himself in to the cops to face battery charges.

The 19-year-old then immediately bonded out of jail.

His brother, 18-year-old Speck Mellencamp surrendered Friday.

Police say the brothers beat up another teen in July in Bloomington.

According to court documents they punched and kicked the victim in the face.
