Joy Behar announces she will leave "The View"

NEW YORK -- Joy Behar, one of the hosts of ABC's "The View," announced Friday that she would be leaving the show.
Behar has been with the show for over a decade.
She is remembered for her over-the-top TV moments, including an interview with President Obama that included a question about controversial sex books.
Behar has been with the show since it began in 1997. She will be with the show through mid-summer.
