Judge appoints 3 people to recount commission for St. Joseph Co. sheriff recount

The recount of ballots in the Democratic race for the St. Joseph County Sheriff is moving forward.
Tim Corbett's campaign requested a recount because he received just 16 votes less than the winning candidate, Bill Redman.
During a hearing Friday, a judge appointed three people to the recount commission.
They will oversee and manage the recount.
