Judge: Sufficient evidence in Holmes trial

CENTENNIAL, Colo. — A judge in the preliminary hearing of suspected movie theater shooter James Holmes has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to move forward with all 166 criminal counts.
Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and wounding 70 others in the late night shooting at an Aurora, Colo. movie theater back in July.
