Judge to hear Sandusky motion for new trial

HARRISBURG, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania judge has set a date to consider Jerry Sandusky’s motion for a new trial.

The hearing will be on December 10. The former assistant Penn State football coach was convicted in June of sexually abusing 10 boys.

He faces between 30 and 60 years in prison. Sandusky argues he should not have been convicted.

Claiming the state failed to meet its burden of proof.
