Jury finds Mayberry guilty in murder of Avery Brown at Bleachers

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A jury has found Timothy Mayberry guilty in the fatal shooting of Avery Brown at Bleachers on September 21, 2018.

After the jury returned with the guilty verdict, they reconvened to decide whether he should face a firearm sentencing enhancement.
