Jury finds Virginia Tech liable in 2007 massacre

BLACKSBURG, Va. - A jury has decided that Virginia Tech University was negligent for delaying campus warnings during the deadly school massacre back in 2007.
They say university officials took too long.
Thirty-three people were killed by the gunman, who later killed himself.
