Justice for Andy the Emu: Man sentenced to 90 days in jail

BUCHANAN, Mich. -- A Galien man accused of killing an emu will spend 90 days in jail.
This week, a jury found 21-year-old Thomas Clark guilty of malicious destruction of property, but innocent of animal torture.
Andy the Emu disappeared from his Buchanan home last November.
Police later found his body dumped in New Carlisle.
Clark also has to pay $2,000 in fines.
