Kalamazoo Candle Company opens new store in South Haven
SOUTH HAVEN, Mich.—Kalamazoo Candle Company has opened a new store in South Haven with a focus on candle making.
The candlemaker opened its doors in Old Harbor Village at 515 William Street, Unit 4 on Monday with a variety of select candles.
Though also a retail location, the South Haven store will have a focus on candle making and offer customers a walk-in DIY candle making option.
“My fiancé and I have family here in South Haven and I could not be more excited to have our second brick and mortar location be in such a well-loved community. We look forward to extending our roots, growing within the community and getting to know the other local businesses,” Adam McFarlin, Owner and CEO, said in a press release.
Kalamazoo Candle Company’s flagship store, Marketplace, is located in downtown Kalamazoo.
The company produces 100% natural soy candles with names like Salted Grapefruit, Mango Salsa, Sea Salt, Lemongrass and more.
The South Haven location’s hours of operation will be Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
