Kentucky Derby Champion arrested for drinking and driving

One of most recognized names in horse racing is in trouble with the law!
Three-time Kentucky Derby Champ Calvin Borel appeared in court Monday to face drinking and driving charges!
Indiana state police arrested the 44-year-old jockey Saturday night in Evansville.
His agent says Borel's blood alcohol level was "barely over" the legal limit.
Borel is the only jockey in derby history to win the race three times in four years.
