Kids Triathlon returns to South Bend July 22

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Registration is now open for South Bend Venues Parks & Arts’ 2023 Kids Triathlon, happening July 22 at John Adams High School.
The event promotes a healthy and active lifestyle for area children.
Kids ages five to 14 are eligible to participate.
During the event, kids will compete against peers in their age group in the following activities:
- 50-yard swim (25 yards for age group 5-6)
- 1.3-mile bike ride
- 0.5-mile run
An awards ceremony and activities follow the race.
Registration is $30 per child and open until 11:59 p.m. on July 21.
Scholarships are available for kids competing.
