Kosciusko, County Habitat for Humanity home dedicated

KOSCIUSKO, COUNTY, Ind -- There was plenty to celebrate Sunday as another family received an early Christmas present.
The brand new Habitat for Humanity home on East Market Street in Warsaw now belongs to cancer survivor Rebeca Spears and her son Carlos.
Today's dedication of the new house also marks the 20th Habitat for Humanity home in 20 years in Kosciusko County.
The home is fully ADA compliant to accommodate Carlos who is paralyzed from the chest down.
