Kosciusko County Sheriff searching for individuals using counterfeit money

NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. – Detectives in Kosciuski County need help identifying a man and woman whom they say paid with a counterfeit $100 bill at the Lassus gas station near North Webster.

The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on May 4.

The female suspect was the one who produced the fake money during the transaction.

Officials with the Sheriff’s Office say that the suspects were driving a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer and a dark Pontiac Grand Prix.
