La Porte Co. Sheriff's Office investigating armed home invasion

LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. -- The La Porte County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed home invasion that happened at 10 a.m. CST Wednesday at a home in the 4800 block of Clover Lane.
Deputies said four black males entered the home and one displayed a handgun.
There were two adults and two children in the home at the time.
Deputies said a gun was taken from the home.
The suspects fled in a blue Chevrolet Avalanche - without any trim or chrome.
Deputies say they have reason to believe the suspects may be headed to Indianapolis.
