Eddie Wineland, La Porte Fire Captain, said "Since Sunday, at two o'clock, we've been out here. The cleanup process, they made a really good hit on it yesterday. It seemed like, like conditions really improved yesterday. So, when I got here this morning, it's, it's been just a kind of monitor and keep water on it."
