Landlord pleads not guilty to spanking tenant

WAYNESVILLE, Ohio -- A man said he was spanked by his landlord for not paying his rent on time.
The renter said his landlord beat him with a belt. According to police report, the landlord said,
"If you're going to act like a child, I'm going to treat you like one."
In court, he hid his face and even stood behind his lawyer when he entered his not guilty plea.
