MISHAWAKA, Ind. - UPDATE - NIPSCO will now have lane restrictions on North Main Street between McKinley Avenue and Ardennes Avenue beginning on Tuesday, August 8.

This will go from 8 a.m. Tuesday until Thursday, August 10, weather permitting.

NIPSCO will have lane restrictions on North Main Street between McKinley Avenue and Ardennes Avenue beginning Thursday.

The work begins at 8 a.m., August 3, for gas service line replacements and weather permitting, the work is expected to continue until Saturday, August 5.

Both northbound and southbound traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction during this process.

Barricades and signage will be in place during these restrictions.

Motorists are requested to use caution and encouraged to use alternate routes to ensure the safety of the crews working in this area.
