Lauren Spierer's parents file lawsuit

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The parents of missing IU student Lauren Spierer have filed a lawsuit against three men who they say might be responsible for her disappearance and possible death.
The lawsuit was moved to federal court.
Spierer disappeared from a night of drinking two years ago.
Spierer's parents claim the three men knew she was extremely drunk and the men provided her with alcohol.
