Learn about archaeology, paleontology, and the history of Niles

NILES, Mich. - Officials from the Niles History Center and Fort St. Joseph Archaeological Project invite the public to "Dig It!", a fun afternoon event on Friday, April 5 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

You can visit the Fort St. Joseph Museum and Chapin Mansion to learn about archaeology, paleontology, and the history of Niles during this special Spring Break program.

Officials list activities like scavenger hunts at the Fort St. Joseph Museum and Chapin Mansion, crafting, a jr. digging activity, and more.

Admission is free.

The Niles History Center is located at 508 E Main St. in Niles.
