Licensing mo-ped drivers

Indiana law-makers are talking about requiring mo-ped drivers to be licensed. The proposed law would also make scooter drivers register their vehicles, the same as you would a car.

Supporters said mo-peds share the road like cars and should be treated the same.

But others said riders may not be able to insure their mo-peds because of the cost.
