Some light lake effect snow is expected to be impacting our viewing area through the morning hours, with heavier lake effect accumulations of around 2 inches possible in the southwestern portions of Berrien County, MI and the northern portions of LaPorte County, IN from the overnight hours. Cloudy for the rest of Michiana through the day with clearing in the evening and overnight hours. Still chilly tomorrow, but the warm-up begins under partly cloudy skies, mixed precipitation expected on Monday associated with a warm front. Warm temperatures continue through the holidays, with rain chances and highs in the 50s expected next weekend, before cooling down before the New Year.

Tonight: Clearing overnight, cold. Low 16.
