Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
Light snow after midnight into early Tuesday morning could make for a few slick spots, up to 1” of snow possible.

Snow showers end Tuesday morning, then clouds begin to break by midday. The forecast through Thanksgiving looks fair and good for travel. Temperatures remain chilly through Thursday, then warm into the 40s starting Friday. Rain is likely to end the holiday weekend but wintry weather holds off until next Monday.
Tonight: Overnight snow showers, low of 26.
Tuesday: Snow ending, mostly cloudy, high of 34.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, high of 38.
Thanksgiving Day: Sunny, high of 38.
