Lincolnway East reopens after utility pole repair

Utility crews closed Lincolnway East from Cedar to Laurel streets in Mishawaka on Tuesday while they replaced a utility pole.
The pole was damaged in a vehicle accident that happened around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
