ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- With snow and rain in the forecast, the possibility of black ice is causing some concerns!
St. Joseph County road crews spent the day prepping their trucks.
ABC 57 News went to check in with the crews at the St. Joseph street maintenance garage to see how they were getting ready for the coming storm.
