Local farm gets ready for fall

MISHAWAKA, Ind. — Sunday was the first day of fall and right here in Michiana, one local farm is getting ready.

ABC57 stopped by Leininger Farms where there were wagons full of fall veggies—including pumpkins, squash and corn on the cob.

The farm says they have everything you need for Halloween this year.

"We've got everything that you need to decorate and get ready for your Halloween," said Joe Leininger. "It's a lot of fun just getting the pumpkins up and seeing the familiar faces that come back and the new faces that have never been here before."

Many adults say they have as much fun as the kids while picking pumpkins.
