Local firefighters, officers and community commemorate 9/11

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Local firefighters, officers, the mayor and members of the community gathered at Seitz Park on the East Race to commemorate 9/11.
From the color guard to a moment of silence to taps, the sounds brought back memories of that terrible day.
