Local investigators send urgent warning about viral sex abuse video

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. — The St. Joseph County Cybercrimes Unit is urging anyone who may have received a viral Facebook video depicting child sex abuse to delete and not share the video.

According to AL.com, police think the video may have originated in Alabama but has been shared all over the world, including Michiana.

If you receive this video or any other questionable images or videos, the Cybercrimes Unit is asking you to call your local police department. The unit also asks that you don't share the video because it is illegal to distribute child pornography.
