SOUTH BEND, Ind. - After capturing the Ohio Valley regional title, the 12U All-Stars from East Side Youth Baseball are taking their game to the national stage.
A cross-country trip to Visalia, California is up next for this group as they prepare for the Cal Ripken World Series starting on August 2. The trip is projected to cost around $3,500 per player, so the team is hoping to raise the funds in addition to their practices in the next week. They plan to be at Four Winds Field for the South Bend Cubs game on Friday, in addition to their GoFundMe page and more events at the little league fields this weekend.
