Longtime Democratic leader Butch Morgan resigns

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-In St. Joseph County a political scandal is shaking things up within the Democratic Party.

The head of the Indiana Democrats told ABC 57 News that longtime leader Butch Morgan has resigned as St. Joseph County Democratic Party Chairman and Second District Party Chair.

On Monday Dan Parker, Indiana’s Democratic Party Chairman, said he was notified of Morgan’s resignation.
