Louisiana court hearing scheduled for Amish Acres operator

ABC 57 TERREBONNE PARISH, La. -- A court date in Louisiana has been set for the operator of Amish Acres.
Terrebonne Parish officials confirm to ABC57 that Michael Loftin will be in court for an arraignment hearing on December 15. He is being held on a $250,000 bond.
Loftin, who used the alias "Brad Juneau" while operating in Nappanee, was arrested on a felony warrant for writing bad checks. This charge covers alleged crime in Louisiana; his activity in Indiana is still under investigation.
