ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Clinic is trying to figure out what caused an unidentified vapor to infiltrate the main building at their Elkhart Campus last week.
Their main clinic, located at 303 South Nappanee Street, will be closed through this Wednesday as environmental consultants collect air samples and work to assess the situation.
If you're an Elkhart Clinic patient and need information regarding relocated provider services, they suggest contacting your providers office directly.
