Major South Bend intersection remains 4-way stop

The intersection of State Road 23 and Edison is South Bend is still operating as a 4-way stop Friday.
On Thursday, the traffic signal there fell down as a result of cold temperatures.
Traffic backed up on and off throughout the morning as drivers dealt with the issue.
INDOT expects to have the signal repaired by Saturday.
