Man accused of murdering his wife appears in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A St. Joseph County man accused of murdering his wife appeared in court on Tuesday.
Tarrence Lee's attorney argued that without a body or a cause of death, Lee should be let go.
Officers believe Lee killed Trina Winston and hid her body in the trunk of a car and drove off.
Another hearing is scheduled for Sept. 21.
