Man arrested after incident involving child solicitation

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.—A man was arrested following an incident involving child solicitation, the Marshall County Police Department said Wednesday.
The Sheriff’s Department obtained a complaint alleging improper communication through Snapchat between a 39-year-old man and a 14-year-old in Walkerton.
The suspect, Raymond Grossman, 39, was charged with child solicitation, a level 5 felony. His bond was set for $25,000 cash.
An arrest warrant was also issued for a 38-year-old woman for neglect of a dependent.
