Man arrested for starting a large fight at the Plymouth Speedway

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Around 7:32 p.m. on Sept 5. Marshall County Officers responded to a man with a head injury at the Plymouth Speedway.
Once arriving on scene, a large fight broke out.
Staff pointed out that Toby Dillian Watson was the one who started the large fight.
Officers attempted to stop Watson when he took off on foot, he was stopped by officers shortly after.
Watson was carrying a firearm and was taken to the Marshall County Jail for,
- Level 5 Felony-Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
- Level 5 Felony-Resisting Law Enforcement Causing Injury.
- Level 6 Felony-Obstruction of justice.
Watson was given a $10,005 bond.
