Man arrested in hit-and-run bonds out of jail

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A man arrested for a hit-and-run has bonded out of jail.
Pasquale Rulli, 26, was arrested and accused of hitting a girl while she rode her bike in Middlebury back in July.
Police said he bonded out of the Elkhart County Jail at 1 a.m. Tuesday.
