Man arrested in LaGrange County for OWI after leaving scene of accident

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. – Deputies with the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on Sunday who was found to be intoxicated after crashing his car into another vehicle, causing property damage and then leaving the scene.

Around 7:17 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 126 mile marker on the Indiana Toll Road on reports that a car had crashed into another vehicle and damaged property at the south Toll Road Plaza.

Deputies then located the reckless driver, Robert Prible, and administered multiple sobriety tests, which he failed. Prible had a Blood Alcohol Concentration of .28.

Prible was later booked at the LaGrange County Jail for operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash.
