Man dies after accident at Elkhart business

The Allen County Coroner says the man who was injured at Green Stream Company in Elkhart died Wednesday from his injuries.

According to Patt Kite with the Allen County Coroner's Office, Larry Sanders was pronounced dead at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne.

He died from thermal burns and it was ruled accidental.

It is believed Sanders was welding a drum outside Green Stream Company when it exploded Wednesday morning.

The company had no comment.
