SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police Department confirms with ABC57 that police were called out just before 5 p.m. on reports that a man entered the Francis Branch Library claiming to have been shot.
The shooting is believed to have happened in the 1200 block of Miner Street in South Bend.
The victim's injuries are believed to be minor, but there is no word on a suspect at this time.
