Man found in bed with 12-year-old sentenced for child solicitation

Preston Michael Craw was sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction with credit for seven days time served.
Craw had originally been charged with child molesting, but pleaded guilty to child solicitation as part of the plea agreement.
The victim's mother discovered her 12-year-old daughter in bed with Craw on January 11 and called police.
Craw told investigators he met the girl on Tinder and thought she was 15-years-old, according to court records.
