Man hospitalized after crashing into embankment

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Emergency crews rushed to an accident on State Road 2 near Mayflower.
Police tell ABC57 News, a medical condition caused a man to swerve off the road. He crashed into an embankment smashing the front of his truck.
He was taken to the hospital. No word yet on his condition.
