Man injured in Benton Harbor shooting

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Police are investigating a shooting in Benton Harbor that sent one man to the hospital.

Police were called to the 1300 block of Agard Street around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.  When officers arrived, they found a 33-year-old man on the ground, with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.  He was rushed to the hospital, and will need surgery.

Witnesses told police there was an argument over a dice game being played in the driveway of the home, and it turned violent.  They say the suspect waved a gun, shot at the ground and then shot the victim, then took off running while firing more shots.
