Man is struck by boat motor after water skiing

Van Buren County Officials responded to an accident at Saddle Lake in Columbia Township Saturday around 6:30 p.m.
The sheriff's office reports a man was floating in the water after falling from water skiing.
The boat approached him too closely and the motor of the boat struck the man's foot, causing an injury.
The man was taken by ambulance to Bronson Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
