Man killed in industrial accident identified

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Coroner has released the name of the man killed in the accident on Wednesday at the NICORR facility.
The truck driver who was killed has been identified as 54-year-old Alfonso Hernandez of Porter County, Indiana.
Hernandez was delivering a piece of machinery and died when it was being unloaded from his truck and fell on top of him.
The investigating is still ongoing.
