Man raps answer in court arraignment

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. -- A Michigan man faces jail time after he decided to tell his side of the story by rapping.

A judge asked him to respond to charges of  making a death threat against his girlfriend by text message. The man responded with a free-style rap.

While the judge was amused, he was not impressed.

Do not expect to see his record out anytime soon. He faces up to 90 days in jail for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
